Mounting Bases

Copper State has versatile nylon mounting bases for your wire management needs. Onsite jobs can be a maze of crossed and tangled wires – representing both a hazard and an inconvenience.

The nylon mounting base comes in packages of either 10 or 20, and in the industry-standard sizes of 1 1/8 square as well as ¾ square. The very center of each mounting base has a screw hole for ease of mounting, and can the backside has a secure adhesive for placement on a wide variety of surfaces. The temperature rating is adequate for most situations, as the inherent range of temperature range for the material nylon is between -40 degrees and 185 degrees (Fahrenheit). Essentially, your mounting base should work perfectly in direct sunlight or in frigid temperatures.

Copper State’s Mounting Accessories for Auxiliary Support

  • The rubber insulated mounting clamp sold by Copper State Nut & Bolt Co. is made of plated steel, and can be used for a wide variety of heavy-duty mounting jobs. Copper State has these mounting clamps in all sizes, as rated by the diameter of the central hole – from ¼ inch to 2 inches. They come in packs of 10 and 20.
  • Nylon mounting tabs are also available from Copper State Nut & Bolt Co. These are capable of supporting up to about 30 lb – as their tensile strength rating shows.
  • Loom clamps are also a part of the mounting accessory bundle. They are sold in two basic types: the natural nylon-colored 13/64 inch central mounting hole and the black nylon clamp with a 3/8 inch, ½ inch or ¾ inch mounting hole. They come in packs of 20.
